In the US, most of our clients are principles looking at businesses valued between $100K and $3M with the average transaction price of $450K. Despite the seemingly large range, the mechanics of the acquisition process remain largely the same.
Where do we work?
Our business due diligence work is done via phone, email, fax and Skype. As such we work and have worked worldwide. It should be noted that a site visit by the buyer or (if required) by one of our staff will provide invaluable insight into the health of a business. In some cases our clients are too far from the seller’s locations and we are asked to conduct the visit.
